IEU as a Corporate University provides training for the employees of its corporate member’s .This is to address the specific workforce-related needs of the organization. Unlike traditional universities where all course content is broadly applicable to the field as a whole, IEU teaches some content that is only relevant to the IEU corporate members. Thus we cater to membership company’s management training and leadership development initiatives.

IEU, is a non-degree granting institution. We offer Training Certifications and Honorary Awards.

Our honorary awards are ONLY given to IEU Corporate Member nominees. There are two categories: Award of Recognition and Honorary Doctorates.

In view of our status as a corporate non-degree granting institution, we do not require accreditation. We do work with various traditional accredited universities should the employees of the corporate members seek to pursue a higher learning programs.
